Kanpur Cabs reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider and banking processes.
